The starting location of Wintertooth will still be Winter Pyre and the Scabby Eye Tribe has had it's starting territory given to Barak Varr and the Teef Snatchaz. Mixu understandably doesn't want to go through the trouble of changing his unlocker for the sake of a meme video that he has never seen. There's technical reasons for this, it's either take an existing greenskins faction and change it or have this mod be incompatible with other mods that change factions.
